How to Use

1. Apply along the upper lash line from the inner to the outer corner, as close to the lashes as possible.
2. For a smoky look, blend with a brush or fingertip immediately, before the formula sets.
3. Can also be used on the lower lash line or waterline. Use 108 Rose Nude on the waterline for an eye-opening effect.
4. Remove with a biphasic or oil-based eye makeup remover.
5. Close the cap after use and sharpen regularly for a precise tip.
