How to use

Place the brush at the base of the upper lashes and sweep upwards to the tips, wiggling gently to build length and definition. Apply a second coat while the first is still fresh for a more dramatic effect. Allow to dry fully. As a waterproof formula, it is best removed with a dedicated waterproof or bi-phase eye makeup remover.
