We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar daysfrom the date of receipt, without giving any reason.

Important Exceptions for Cosmetics and Beauty Products

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations (EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009), the following items CANNOT be returned or refunded once the sealed packaging has been opened, UNLESS the product is damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Skincare products (creams, serums, cleansers)
  • Makeup and cosmetics
  • Fragrances and perfumes
  • Hair care products
  • Any personal care or beauty items

Items Eligible for Return

You may return products in the following cases:

Unopened products: Sealed packaging is completely intact, product is in original condition with all tags, returned within 14 days

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products:Even if opened, you have the right to return if:

  • Product arrived damaged or broken
  • Product is expired or spoiled
  • Product has manufacturing defects
  • Product does not match the description on our website
  • Wrong item was sent

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned if opened and in normal condition:

  • Opened cosmetics and beauty products (hygiene reasons) - unless damaged or defective
  • Perishable goods (unless spoiled upon arrival)
  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@beautemagasin.lv (preferably within 48 hours of receipt)
  2. Provide your order number and photos/video showing:
    • The product defect or damage
    • The packaging condition
    • Expiry date (if applicable)
  3. We will review your claim within 24-48 hours
  4. We will arrange:
    • Full refund (including original and return shipping costs), OR
    • Free replacement product

You are NOT required to return damaged/defective products at your own expense. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup.

How to Initiate a Standard Return (Unopened Products)

  1. Contact us at info@beautemagasin.lvwithin 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Return the unopened product to the address provided

Return Shipping

  • From Latvia: Returns should be sent to our Latvia warehouse
  • From Spain: Returns should be sent to our Spain warehouse
  • The specific return address will be provided upon return authorization
  • Standard returns (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping
  • Damaged/defective products: We cover all return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of our return policy.
